With no warning except for a morning email, employees at both Stephex Stables and Stephex Service were in for a delicious surprise: freshly made sugar waffles served with steaming hot chocolate.
A cozy food truck set up shop, filling the air with the irresistible aroma of warm waffles. At Stephex Service, the cold had most people grabbing their waffles and hot chocolate to go, enjoying a quick, sweet break before heading back inside. But at Stephex Stables, where the sun decided to make an appearance, the atmosphere was different. Colleagues lingered outside, sharing laughs and enjoying their treats together.
It was a simple yet heartwarming moment, proving that sometimes, the best team-building happens over good food and good company. Who knows what surprise will come next? Stay tuned—because at Stephex, there’s always something exciting around the corner!
This year’s Stephex staff party was nothing short of spectacular, with a chic cocktail theme that set the tone for an unforgettable evening. Held at Resto Clash, a venue specially reserved for the occasion, the night brought together the entire Stephex team in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere.
Our CEO, Stephan Conter, kicked off the celebration with a heartfelt speech, expressing gratitude to every individual who makes Stephex the incredible place it is today. From the hardworking grounds crew to our dedicated service team, the headquarters staff, and our talented riders and grooms and many more — this was a night to celebrate all of their contributions.
The menu was a culinary delight, starting with a selection of appetizers, followed by a sumptuous 1/2 lobster Bellevue starter. The main course featured a US middle prime rib, served with fresh fries, chicory lettuce, and a rich Memling sauce. For dessert, the classic Dame Blanche was the perfect sweet finish.
Entertainment was top-notch, with an illusionist who wowed the crowd and a live band that had everyone dancing into the night. But beyond the food and fun, the party served as a great bonding experience, fostering connections between departments that don’t always have the chance to interact.
It was a truly special evening, filled with appreciation, joy, and plenty of memories that will last until the next gathering!
