ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

To support our STX Italy team we are looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant based in Italy. The ideal candidate will be versatile and proactive, ready to take on a variety of tasks while contributing to our Italian team’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Registration Processes: Follow up on vehicle registration to ensure timely completion.
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor and manage accounts receivable, maintaining communication with clients regarding outstanding debts.
  • Damage Case Follow-up: Manage and track damage cases, coordinating with relevant parties to resolve issues.

Electromechanical Engineer

ELECTROMECHANICAL ENGINEER

 

Job Description

Are you a crack at electricity? Are you enthusiastic and would you like to dive into the electricity and techniques of horse trucks and motorhomes? Then we have a challenging and varied job for you!

 

Responsibilities

As an electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our horse trucks and motorhomes on a daily basis. From detecting electrical failures to repairing creaky doors in our workshop in Merchtem or on location. You are the person who makes sure that our customers can drive around with their horse truck and enjoy their motorhome without any worries.

  • Troubleshooting and repairs
  • Repair electricity and water supply
  • Air conditioning and heating repairs
  • Maintenance of horse trucks and motorhomes

 

Requirements

  • Knowledge of electromechanics is a must!
  • You have experience in automotive engineering and auto mechanics.
  • You have knowledge of general engineering skills (HVAC, 24/12 volt systems and inverters, etc.).
  • Knowledge of TIG welding is a plus.
  • Able to work alone and in team, diagnose and troubleshoot.
  • You think and act solution oriented.
  • You have a sense of responsibility and an eye for detail.
  • You speak and write Dutch perfectly, knowledge of French and English is a plus.

Job description

As Site Coordinator you are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Stephex Group premises. In this role you will coordinate projects and activities, provide administrative duties and act as a liaison between staff, management and externals.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and strong people manager with solid project management experience. In this position you will report directly to our CEO.

  • Managing all Stephex Group facilities, you are the contact person for those living on-site.
  • Managing the Stephex Group rented premises, you are in direct contact with our customers renting the premises.
  • Making sure all facilities are remaining clean and tidy, problems and defaults should be reported immediately.
  • Coordination various facility projects (renovation and maintenance projects, reallocation of buildings, …).
  • Management and preparation of maintenance contracts as well as following up on maintenance contractors.
  • General administrational tasks in regards to facilities and day-to-day operations.

Candidate profile

  • 3 years or more of experience in a maintenance/ facility role

As Service Advisor you will be working in our workshop ‘Stephex Service’ located in Merchtem. Acting as the liaison between our customers and service technicians. Ensuring customer service by providing our clients with information and advice on repairs, service and timeline.

Working in close collaboration with the Workshop Manager and Service Director.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients at the front desk and treating incoming phone calls.
  • Answering questions about service outcomes.
  • Scheduling appointments, vehicle drop-off/ pick-up.
  • Providing clients with information and advice on repairs, service and maintenance.
  • Informing clients about service changes or pick up times.

Qualifications

As a delivery operator you will join our service team in Merchtem and deliver the motorhomes and horse trucks to our clients on location. We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a passion for technique, good communication skills, who knows how to build trust.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible to deliver the horse trucks and motorhomes at the final customers in perfect condition.
  • You are responsible for the inspection and quality check before delivering the vehicles.
  • You make a planning to deliver the horse trucks and motorhomes on time.
  • Support customers with there questions and usage demands.
  • Guide customers well and give tips and tricks also a few weeks after delivery, a close and personal follow-up is necessary.

SERVICE DIRECTOR

Job description

As Service Director you are responsible for our workshop ‘Stephex Service’ located in Merchtem.

Managing and supervising a team of technical and administrative employees, ensuring the completion in an efficient and timely manner of all daily after sales services (repair and maintenance) of premium horse trucks and motorhomes.

Working in close collaboration with the Workshop Manager and our Sales team.

 Duties

  • Closely monitor repairs and maintenance of horse trucks and motorhomes.
  • Supervision and direction of service staff in the achievement of maintenance service and spare parts.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key account customers.
  • Ensuring and assisting in the achievement of customer satisfaction from the services provided by the workshop.
  • Follow up and check if customer complaints are resolved at the workshop.
  • Collaborate with other department managers to ensure effective communication channels exist and urgent issues are properly addressed.
  • Support problem solving in the workshop.
  • Maintain statistics of repair and maintenance activities in order to recommend quality improvement plans.
  • Organization workshop: planning and breakdown repairs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equal by experience in a business-technical discipline is preferred.
  • Practical knowledge of electricity, plumbing, woodwork, basic metal operations such as drilling, cutting, welding, ideally in a truck maintenance environment.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical repair environment (truck, bus, special vehicles or luxury cars) as a technician or technical leader.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, supervising or managing a service facility with growing levels of responsibility.
  • Fluent in English and in Dutch and/or French.
  • Driving licence B. C is an advantage.
