AFTER SALES SERVICE MANAGER

Job description

As Service Manager you are responsible for the completion in an efficient and timely manner of all daily after sales services (repair and maintenance) of premium horse trucks and motorhomes.
You will be based in our after sales workshop in Merchtem working in close contact with our After Sales Director and a team consisting of highly skilled technicians involved in the after sales service performed in the workshop.

Duties

• Closely monitor repairs and maintenance of horse trucks and motorhomes.
• Supervision and direction of service staff in the achievement of maintenance service and spare parts.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key account customers.
• Ensuring and assisting in the achievement of customer satisfaction from the services provided by the workshop.
• Follow up and check if customer complaints are resolved at workshop.
• Work closely with Warehouse
• Collaborate with other department managers to ensure effective communication channels exist and urgent issues are properly addressed.
• Support problem solving in the workshop.
• Maintain statistics of repair and maintenance activities in order to recommend quality improvement plans.
• Organization workshop: planning and breakdown repairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equal by experience in a business technical discipline is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of electricity, plumbing, woodwork, basic metal operations such as drilling, cutting, welding, ideally in a truck maintenance environment.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a technical repair environment (truck, bus, special vehicles or luxury cars) as a technician or technical leader.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, supervising or managing a service facility with growing levels of responsibility.
• Fluent in English and in Dutch and/or French.
• Driving licence B. C is an advantage.

• Familiar with management tools and processes is essential.

Job description

As Sales Representative you will represent the Stephex Horsetrucks at equestrian shows. Your strong hunter mentality and existing connections in the horse world will help you to enlarge our client portfolio. Networking will be an important role in the short term. The objective is to grow the sales of our new and fairly used horsetrucks.

Your main tasks are:

  • Prospecting for new customers through incoming leads, calls and direct contacts.
  • Attending equestrian events to increase contact network and improve on sales knowledge.
  • Maintaining a client and prospect database.
  • Assisting clients in selecting a suitable horsetruck that meets their needs and expectations.
  • Maintaining contact with clients to ensure an opening for future business proposals and sales offers.
  • You will organize, structure and plan the presence of STX Horsetrucks at equestrian shows.

You will work in close contact with the Sales Director and CCO.

Job description

As a Junior Legal Counsel at Stephex Group, you have a prominent role in making sure that our business adheres to law by giving legal advice and monitoring all applicable legal aspects. You also contribute from the legal side to the development of strategic, innovative projects. Together with our General Counsel you assist in large transactions in close consultation with the executive team, banks, lawyers and external advisors.
