We are looking for a driven and experienced marketing manager to join our marketing department at the Stephex HQ in Belgium. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing. Although the role is across the Stephex Group, your primary focus will be on the lead generation, growth and event organisation of the Stephex Horsetrucks marketing campaigns and activities.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.

Job description

As IT Application Specialist you will be monitoring and maintaining the networks between the 6+ sites of the Stephex Group in a technical support role.
You will work in close contact with the IT Manager.
With the task of overseeing all IT functions of the company, you need to have expert knowledge of the industry’s best practices and stay up-to-date with advances. Your main responsibilities
include:

  • Supporting daily operations of network, backup processes and server’s infrastructure composed of 6+ sites and cloud environment.
  • SPOC
  • Users management on Azure AD and its applications: profiles, mailboxes, policies.
  • Users management on our different ERP/CRM programs (Salesforce, Odoo, OracleNetsuite).
  • Environment management of our Office365 applications package.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any problems with business application software.

PROJECT LEADER – REAL ESTATE

Responsibilities

You are responsible for the execution and handling of various construction projects from the assignment to the final completion. You organize meetings with engineers, architects, study agencies and subcontractors and adjust when necessary. In other words, you are their point of contact. You are the centerpiece between the client, architects, study agencies, suppliers and subcontractors. You manage the execution budget and monitor the profitability of the projects.

You are responsible for following up our projects in progress. You ensure that the schedule you have drawn up is adhered to and that productivity on site is maintained. You manage the teams (workers and subcontractors) on site, guide them and help them with technical questions or difficulties.

You are responsible for the daily follow-up of repair and maintenance works on the Stephex properties.

Profile

You have a degree in construction or equivalent through experience. You are a good coordinator, you have a proactive attitude and you are a real problem solver. You are flexible in terms of working hours. You have strong administrative skills and are familiar with the usual IT tools. You are driven, motivated and enthusiastic. Knowledge of the French language is a plus.

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to take the reins for the overall strategy and success of our marketing and communications plans including, but not limited to, the oversight of all aspects of internal and external digital marketing; brand messaging; content marketing; media relations; event management; and overall brand management.

You’ll work directly below the COO as a leading marketing force, and develop and maintain effective working relationships with all teams in the company, including Sales, Finance and Production.   • Lead and supervise the work of the marketing team consistent of a Creative Content Manager & Social Media Manager, as well as a yearly intern
