Job description

As a Senior Accountant you will integrate an established young, dynamic and growing team that manages the different accounting aspects of the companies of the Stephex Group under the responsibility of the CFO.

You will manage various accounting tasks distributed in the different entities of the group and the different business lines such as:

  • AP/AR/GL accounting
  • Day-to-day accounting activities

Candidate profile

Job description

As Sales Representative you will represent the Stephex Horsetrucks at equestrian shows. Your strong hunter mentality and existing connections in the horse world will help you to enlarge our client portfolio. Networking will be an important role in the short term. The objective is to grow the sales of our new and fairly used horsetrucks.

Your main tasks are:

  • Prospecting for new customers through incoming leads, calls and direct contacts.
  • Attending equestrian events to increase contact network and improve on sales knowledge.
  • Maintaining a client and prospect database.
  • Assisting clients in selecting a suitable horsetruck that meets their needs and expectations.
  • Maintaining contact with clients to ensure an opening for future business proposals and sales offers.

Job description

As Accounting & Tax Specialist you are an important member of the Finance team and will report directly to the CFO, with whom you will work very closely. Your objective is to optimize the accounting and tax declaration processes.

Your responsibilities are:

  • You prepare the monthly/ quarterly VAT declarations of the Belgian companies and any other tax declarations.

  • You are responsible for the compliance obligations (statutory annual accounts, reporting, tax declarations) of the Belgian companies.

  • You work in close cooperation and will act as a back up to your colleagues of the Finance team.

Job description

As Sponsorship Manager you are responsible for raising money through the sale of sponsorship and exhibitor packages for Stephex Events, Knokke Hippique and Brussels Stephex Masters, by targeting various companies, organizations and associations.

Your responsibilities are:

  • Research and develop a list of potential sponsors and exhibitors for each event.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential sponsors and exhibitors.
  • Create sponsorship and exhibitor packages according to the client specifications.
  • Invoice sponsors and exhibitors once agreements have been reached.
  • Professionally represent Stephex Events at all times.

 

Candidate profile

  • Business Administration or equivalent degree with at least 2 years of experience in sponsorship and exhibit sales.
  • Ability to identify and develop accounts.
  • Ability to communicate customer needs and resolve issues independently.
  • Flexible, proactive and adaptable, willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

You will work autonomously but never alone and in close contact with the Stephex Event team.

 

Your responsibilities will be

  • Transforming the event location into a magical showjumping village
  • Coordinate the build-up and break down of the venue
  • Ensuring that everything goes smoothly from set up to break down

Job description

As IT Administrator, you will be monitoring and maintaining the networks between the 6+ sites of the Stephex Group in a technical support role. You will be the first contact person for any problems or changes required (e.g.: usage assistance, software and passwords issues, email resolutions, workstations optimization, etc.)

Your daily technical support is vital to ensure the ongoing operational efficiency of the company.

You will work in close contact with the IT Development Manager and under the supervision of the Managing Director of Stephex Group.

With the task of overseeing all IT functions of the company, you need to have expert knowledge of the industry’s best practices and stay up-to-date with advances. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting daily operations of network, backup processes and server’s infrastructure composed of 6+ sites and cloud environment
  • Ensuring high-level user support and continuous training
  • Users management on Azure AD and its applications: profiles, mailboxes, policies
  • Users management on different ERP/CRM programs (Salesforce, Odoo, Netsuite)
  • Environment management of our Office365 applications package
  • Preparing and supplying user devices according to the company standards
  • Aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals
  • Assuring that IT activities are within the limits of applicable laws and regulations
  • Evaluating risk, developing network recovery and backup processes
  • Testing and proposing adjustments on software programs to operate effectively

Interior Designer & Facility Manager

Job description

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Interior designer to assist our Project Leader in a variety of Real Estate projects from concept to completion. You will work in close contact with our CEO and Real Estate Project Leader.

Your duties as Facility Manager:

  • Managing all Stephex Group facilities, you are the contact person for those living on-site.
  • Managing the Stephex Group rented premises, you are in direct contact with our customers renting the premises.
  • Making sure all facilities are remaining clean and tidy, problems and defaults should be reported immediately.
  • General administrational tasks in regard to Real Estate and Construction.

Your duties as Interior Designer:

  • Drawing all Stephex Group sites in 3D •
  • Decorating (offices, houses, apartments, stables)
